Axolotl Production

We started a breeding project with axolotl’s several years ago with a few pairs, but during the first covid lockdown this increased into a much larger project (too much time on my hands!). Now production has been scaled up and consists of some 15 pairs of adults, plus a couple of groups for growing on for potential bloodstock in the future.

We currently have the following different varieties:  Wild type, white albino, golden albino, leucistic and coppers. All of these breed at various times, so availability varies. 

​

We typically put these on sale around 7-10cm, although sometimes we do offer axolotl’s that we have grown on or which are surplus to requirements.
